Identification of character, location, business and product searches recommended
An assessment of rights to be cleared for any specifically named product, character, business or trademark/logo.
Identification of any music or clip licensing which might be required.
An estimate of the level of the work required.

The report will enable producers to decide if they wish to engage us further. If this is the case then action will be taken on the areas that have been identified in the report. This will include negotiating and clearing the rights for any copyrighted material which might appear on screen - books, photographs, newspapers etc.
